Villa Cassiopeia Bonaire

Villa Cassiopeia is a beautiful and luxurious villa located on the waterfront on a small mini-resort, near by the airport of Bonaire. The villa has a private pool and private beach. From the veranda you have a beautiful view over the water.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen is next to the spacious living room which is connected to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen has an American fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc. Outside on the terrace you can enjoy your evening meal at the large dining table.

The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with their own private bathroom. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the villa.

If you like sailing, it is possible to put your own rental boat on the dock.

All prices include:

• Cleaning 1x per week
• Pool cleaning 1x per week
• Use of washer
• Gas, water and electricity (electricity up to 45 kWh per day, extra use will be charged at € 0.43 per kWh)
• Free use of Wireless Internet
• Villamanager available during stay

All prices exclude:

• 15% service charge
• Bonaire tourist tax must be paid in advance online or on arrival at the airport (per visit USD 75 for persons aged 13 and older, USD 10 for persons up to 13 years of age)
• Min. rental period 7 nights (during Christmas holidays 14 nights)
• Check-in at 15:00. Check-out at departure day 10:00.
• Terms of payment 25% within 10 days after reservation 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• All payments to our Dutch or Antillean bank account. 
• Creditcard payments are also possible with a 2% surcharge.
