Located in Bottelier, this modern villa is just a few minutes by car from Mambo Beach. There are beautiful wide views from the terrace due to its location against a hill.
A sloping driveway leads to the parking area in front of the villa entrance. Through the entrance, you enter a large open kitchen with breakfast table. The kitchen has a cooking island with breakfast bar and is equipped with all necessary appliances such as; American fridge, dishwasher, oven and combi oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. The laundry room has another small fridge and a cool box you can use.

The full-width glass façade of the kitchen seamlessly merges the indoor and outdoor areas. The terrace has a lovely lounge area and a dining table for at least 8 people to enjoy delicious dinners. From the terrace you have views of the surrounding countryside.
There is also a swimming pool for a refreshing dip and you can enjoy the sun on the sun beds. There is also an outdoor shower.
There is a large sturdy outdoor kitchen with GreenEgg, there is a bag of charcoal waiting for you.

Next to the entrance is a separate TV room with IP TV, a nice lounge sofa and a desk.

The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; all bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom has stunning views over the salt flats and has its own luxurious bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.
For an additional fee, the 4th bedroom can be booked. This bedroom has its own bathroom and private terrace with cosy seating area. Via the stairs next to the pool, this terrace is connected to the large pool deck.

The steep driveway makes the villa less accessible for the disabled.
