This modern and very luxurious villa with private pool is situated in the residental area Vista Royal and has two floors.

The villa is situated on the ground floor and the penthouse on the top floor.
Each accommodation is suitable for max. 6 people. You can rent the penthouse and the villa apart from each other, but also together (up to 12 people).
They both have their own private pool and the privacy is optimum when both are rented.

The villa has a private pool in the backyard and the penthouse in the front of the house on the first floor. You can take a refreshing dip in the pool or relax on one of the sunbeds.

Everything is built with the finest materials and is decorated very luxurious.
The spacious living room is stylish decorated and has a flatscreen tv. The fully equipped open kitchen has a cooking island with a bar.
At the pool and terrace are sunbeds, a large dining table and a BBQ.
You can enjoy music via the Sonos sound system.

• Final cleaning € 195,- (mandatory)

• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 8 persons plus 1 child under 2 years old
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
