This spacious split-level villa is located high in the residential area Vista Royal, which offers a beautiful view over the district.

On the first floor a spacious living room with a lovely sofa with TV, dining table and Sonos sound system can be found. French doors lead to the balcony with lounge area and large dining table, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with wonderful views over the pool and the sea. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with luxorious appliances including an American fridge, dishwasher, combi oven, a Senseo and a Nespresso coffee machine. Through the window in the kitchen there is a direct view of the pool.

Both via an internal staircase and via a staircase from the balcony you can enter the swimming pool, which is half a floor lower. Around the pool there is a spacious terrace with sunbeds to enjoy the sun. The Master bedroom is also located on this level. Through French doors there is direct access to the pool deck and the bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can also be found on this level. This bedroom also has patio doors leading to the pool deck and has it’s own bathroom. This bedroom has its own entrance and is not accessible from the villa itself.

Via the internal staircase or via one of the stairs on either side of the pool you can reach the lower floor where there are 2 more bedrooms. These bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is also a terrace and lounge area with a view and access to the swimming pool.

There are more than enough parking spaces on the fully fenced property.

• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
