Penthouse Wayu View consists of 2 floors. Through a common entrance on the first floor, you can take the stairs up to the entrance of the penthouse and enter the spacious living room with lovely lounge sofa and Smart TV. The luxury kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with an American fridge with ice dispenser, climate control cabinet, Nespresso, dishwasher and combination microwave. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
Through a large sliding door at the front, you enter the outdoor terrace with a large table stands for a delicious dinner and a magnesium infinity pool with whirlpool function. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the district of Vista Royal. By the pool are several sunbeds to enjoy the sun.
On the other side of the living room is a balcony with a nice sitting area to relax or have a drink.
On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with its own toilet. Each bedroom is also air-conditioned.
At the penthouse you can use a parking space which you share with the tenants of the other penthouse.

- Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
