Villa Quasol Jan Thiel

Villa Quasol is a newly completed, modern, and spacious villa located in the popular Vista Royal neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and beach clubs of Jan Thiel. Here, you’ll find a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and privacy.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where the spacious pool deck with swimming pool invites you to pure relaxation. A unique feature is the built-in covered pool bar, complete with an outdoor kitchen including a BBQ and a lounge sofa for relaxing. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers, a comfortable lounge sofa, and a large dining table where you can enjoy the tropical outdoor life in the shade. The villa is optimally positioned to catch the breeze, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant Caribbean sea breeze almost all the time.

Inside, the villa features a modern open kitchen fully equipped with all amenities, including an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen island is the breakfast bar, a cozy spot where you can enjoy breakfast together or relax while someone is cooking. A comfortable lounge area with a sofa and TV has also been created.

The first floor also features the very spacious master bedroom, adjacent to the pool deck. It features a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, a private walk-in closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

On the ground floor, there are three more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, all equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and ample closet space.
In addition, an apartment can be rented for an extra fee. The apartment features its own living room with a lounge sofa, TV, and open kitchen. There is a private bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment is accessible through the villa itself but also has its own entrance on the side of the villa.

The ground-floor hallway has also been converted into a communal recreation area with a foosball table and a few lounge chairs.
Parking is available on the property, and Wi-Fi is free.

THE VILLA IS CURRENTLY IN THE FINAL STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION. THEREFORE, WE CAN ONLY SHOW ARTIST’S IMPRESSIONS. THE OFFICIAL PHOTO GALLERY WILL FOLLOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

  (electricity up to 60 kWh per day based on 4 bedrooms (incl. 15 kWh extra per apartment),  extra use will be charged at a rate of € 0,55 per kWh)
• Intermediate cleaning service € 175,- per cleaning (4 bedrooms) + € 50,- (apartment) (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
• Final cleaning € 375,- (4 bedrooms) + € 75,- (apartment) (mandatory)
• Deposit € 750,-
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 11:00
• Reservations are only accepted after providing details of the travel group and upon the owner’s approval
• Groups of young people are not welcome at the villa
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 10 persons and 1 child under 2 years old
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
