Brand new completed apartment in Jan Thiel located a few minutes by car from Jan Thiel beach. It is located on a small complex and here you can use a shared pool with several sunbeds to enjoy the sun.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Through the entrance you immediately step into the warm and cozy living room and kitchen. The living room has a nice sofa, a dining area, a large TV and is air conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a built-in fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.
The large sliding doors connect the living room with the terrace, creating a nice, large living space. There is a cozy round dining table to enjoy dining overlooking the communal pool. On the other side there is a relaxing lounge area with sofa to enjoy a drink.
The terrace has a gate so the terrace is lockable and there is no direct access to the pool.

There are 2 nicely furnished double bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a private bathroom with separate access. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.

There is parking in the fenced area.

• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
