Villa Quintus is situated on an ideal location in de luxury villa area Vista Royal. This 10 person-villa is only a 3 minute walk away from the beach clubs and restaurants of Jan Thiel.

The villa is set up very spacious and decorated in a modern Mexican décor. Due to the L-shaped and ground level lay out, practically every room has direct access to the large pool in the middle of the house. Around the pool are five comfortable sunbeds, an outdoor shower, a big lounge area and equal family table to enjoy outdoor relaxing. A lovely location to spend your holiday with friends and family!

There are 5 twin bedrooms with airconditioning, three bathrooms, a large kitchen equipped with a.o. an American fridge and freezer, another separate freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and filter- and pad-coffeemaker. In the nicely decorated living room is a grand dining table seating ten people, and the sitting area offers the possibility to enjoy a movie-night on the large TV and DVD/Stereo installation. 

Due to the spacious lay out and no thresholds, this villa is more than suitable for disabled and elderly guests, or guests who travel with a wheelchair.

Groups of young people are not allowed in this villa.

• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
