This villa is situated in the luxurious residence of Vista Royal.

From the entrance of the villa you will enter the large kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with all conceivable appliances such as an American fridge and has a large dining table. The livingroom is cosy and has a large lounge area with TV.

From the kitchen and livingroom you can enter the terrace with private pool. The pool has more than enough sunbeds to enjoy the Carribean sun. Underneath the roof topped terrace another large dining table and loungeset invite you to enjoy long evenings while enjoying the sunset.

This villa has 5 double-bedrooms. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms. The lower floor has another 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms. All bedrooms are airconditioned.

The front of the villa has a parking.

• In the vicinity of the villa there will be construction work.

• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 10 persons plus 1 child under 2 years old
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
