This spacious villa with private pool (9x4m) is located in the luxurious villa district Vista Royal within walking distance of the beach clubs, supermarket and Jan Thiel beach.
Because of the unique layout of the villa you will enjoy comfort and the tropical outdoors on Curacao. Outside the pool are several luxurious sunbeds and a palapa under which you can relax in the shade.

Villa Valencia has 4 bedrooms, which are equipped with air conditioning, and each with its own spacious bathroom.
On the first floor there is the living room with sitting area and the fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you will find all kinds of modern appliances such as a SMEG refrigerator, dishwasher, combimagentron, Nespresso machine etc.

You can rent one or both of the underlying apartments at a surcharge. The apartments are equipped with own kitchenette, sitting area, bedroom and bathroom.

The apartments can also be rented seperately. This will not affect your privacy, because the apartments have their own seperate entrance and are not able to use the swimming pool.

• Final cleaning € 200,- (based on 4 bedrooms) + € 125,- (per apartment) (mandatory)

• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 12 persons (inclusive of baby’s and children)
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
  All payments to our Dutch or Antillean bank account
  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 2% surcharge
