Villa Bunita Jan Thiel

Located in the luxury villa district of Vista Royal (Jan Thiel), this stylish villa was designed by architect Michael Durgaram.

This tropical villa offers you all the comfort you could want during your holiday.
The villa consists of 2 parts connected by an open walkway, creating a beautiful courtyard with lots of privacy.
You can cool down in the spacious saltwater pool, enjoy a drink at the pool bar or relax at the sheltered lounge area.

The living area and a spacious veranda are located on the first floor. From here you have sea views.

On the first floor are a total of 3 bedrooms; a double bedroom with bathroom and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a storage room.
For an additional fee, you can also rent the guest house downstairs.

This guest house has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace. The guesthouse will remain closed for parties of up to 6 people and will not be rented separately.

• In the vicinity of the villa there may be construction work. There is a possibility that you may be inconvenienced by this.
• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 10 persons and 1 child under 2 years old
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
