This modern villa has a beautiful view of the Jan Thiel Vista Royal district and the sea.
On the first floor there is a spacious livingroom with lounge sofa and TV. Also located here is the kitchen with cooking island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, blender and dishwasher.
The glass front can be opened almost completely, so that inside and outside are completely connected. On the covered part of the outdoor terrace is a large table where you can enjoy a delicious sunset dinner. There are also several cosy seating areas. By the pool there are several sunbeds to enjoy the sun.
In addition Villa Limoni has a beautiful roof terrace with lounge chairs and sun beds, enclosed with glass, where you have a great wide view and sea view, can enjoy the sunset, view over the island to Willemstad, and in clear weather can see the salt pans, Christoffel mountain and Venezuela. At night it is also beautiful with all the lights of the island.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The other 4 double bedrooms are on the ground floor. These 4 bedrooms share 3 bathrooms.
The apartment is also on the ground floor. The apartement has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and livingroom.
