This luxorious villa is very modern designed and located in the Vista Royal district and just a short walk from the beach and beachclubs.

What is immediately noticeable when entering this villa is the stunning view over the property with terrace, swimming pool and palapa. 

From entering the door you will find the spacious living room with lounge-sofa and the open and fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bar, double American fridge, oven, blender and Nespresso coffee machine.

French doors lead to the terrace where you can make use of a big dining table, ideal for having dinner in the afternoon sun. Near the pool several sunbeds and a comfortable lounge area under the large palapa are available.

There are four double airconditoned bedrooms in this villa and two spacious bathrooms. The bedrooms at the rear of the house have patio doors to the terrace with a small seating area.

There is a covered parking area. There is also a rinsing area for diving equipment.

Up to 6 people are welcome in this villa.

• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)

• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
