Villa Karamela Jan Thiel

This charming villa is located in the Jan Thiel neighborhood, a short distance from beach clubs, restaurants and the beach. The villa is furnished to modern standards and has a luxurious feel.
The large kitchen is equipped with all luxury appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge with ice cube dispenser and a Nespresso machine. There is a large kitchen island with breakfast bar, plus there is a cozy breakfast table.
The villa has a spacious living room with lovely lounge sofa and TV with French doors to the terrace. Under the covered part of the terrace there is a dining table and a nice lounge area created with sofa and hanging chair. At the pool there is also seating area with several umbrellas, and there are sunbeds available. There is a separate canopy with space for the BBQ, outdoor kitchen and cozy bar.

There are 4 double bedrooms in the villa, each attractively furnished with air conditioning and private en suite bathroom. A separate suite can be booked as a 5th bedroom at an additional cost. This has a separate sitting area inside, plus a private covered patio and private sunbathing area with sunbeds.
The suite can also be rented by third parties. This does not affect your privacy while in the villa, as the suite has its own entrance and there is no use of villa facilities or the pool.

• Intermediate cleaning service € 150,- per cleaning (based on 4 bedrooms) + €35,- (Surcharge suite/5th bedroom) (mandatory after every 7 nights)
• Final cleaning € 300,- (based on 4 bedrooms) + € 70,- (Surcharge suite/5th bedroom) (mandatory)
• Deposit € 500,-
• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 10 persons and 2 childs under 2 years old
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
  All payments to our Dutch or Antillean bank account
  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 2% surcharge
