Brand new completed apartment in Jan Thiel located a few minutes by car from Jan Thiel beach. It is located on a small complex and here you can use a shared pool with several sunbeds to enjoy the sun.

The apartment is located on the first floor. Through the entrance you enter the warm and stylishly decorated living room and luxury kitchen. The living room has a semi-circular lounge sofa, a TV and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a built-in refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a convenient breakfast bar with 3 stools.
The large sliding doors connect the living room with the terrace, creating a lovely large living space. On the terrace is a cozy round dining table, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner overlooking the communal pool. There is a small lounge set on the other side with sofa and chairs to enjoy a drink.
There are 2 beautiful, modernly furnished double bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a private bathroom with separate access. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

There is parking in the fenced area.

• Final cleaning € 110,- (mandatory)

• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 4 persons and 1 child under 2 years old
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
