This luxury villa with a private pool is situated on high ground, offering a beautiful, sweeping ocean view and plenty of privacy.
The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area with a TV and sliding doors leading to the front terrace. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a large American-style refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a separate wine cooler.
Outside on the veranda, you’ll find a sturdy dining table, a comfortable lounge set, and a palapa with seating. A short flight of stairs leads down to the lower pool deck, where you can relax on one of the sun loungers or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
The villa features five double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom also has its own walk-in closet. Four of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the fifth bedroom is situated one floor below. This bedroom also has a small sitting area and its own kitchen and can be rented as an optional addition.
Free Wi-Fi is available, and there is parking for several cars at the villa.
