Penthouse Tropea C4 is a beautiful apartment located on a private resort. Because the penthouse is located on the second floor you have a beautiful view over the tropical garden and communal pool.
Through the entrance and hallway you enter the spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all amenities such as an American fridge with water and ice cube dispenser, grill, espresso machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a high bar table, some stools of which you can also easily sit at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a lovely lounge sofa and Smart TV.
Through sliding doors you can access the balcony with, among other things, a nice lounge sofa, and where you can dine at the spacious dining table in the evening with fine views of the garden and pool.
The penthouse also features 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a Smart TV. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the second floor which can be reached via a staircase in the living room.
Penthouse Tropea C4 is located a few minutes by car from Jan Thiel beach with its beach bars, restaurants and supermarket.
