Villa Jumanji Jan Thiel

Villa Jumanji is located on the Kaya Pasifiko at one of the highest points of the Vista Royal (Jan Thiel) villa district. Due to the unique location of this villa you have a beautiful view of the sea, the salt pans and the Spanish Water. Within a few minutes by car (about 800m) are the beach clubs of Papagayo, Zest and Zanzibar, restaurants (Jan Thiel Beach), stores, casino, diving school, gym and supermarket located.

The cozy living room is located on the second floor and is furnished with a sitting area and television. The living room is adjacent to the terrace at the front of the house, here you can sit on the comfortable lounge sofa and lounge chairs and relax while enjoying a drink. Because of the cooling breeze on this side of the house, you will enjoy sitting here!
The spacious fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances, such as an American fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a kitchen island with several bar stools. The villa also has a washer and dryer at your disposal.

On the same floor are also located the spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet with private bathroom and two 2-person bedrooms that share a bathroom.
On the porch (veranda) are a large dining table, a masonry bench with cushions and 4 sun beds by the pool. A staircase next to the pool allows access to the garden.

On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, of which 2 with a shared bathroom, 1 with its own bathroom plus livingarea and their own covered large terrace. Also here is a separate toilet. Optionally (at an additional cost) you can book the 6th and 7th bedroom. If you do not rent these, they will remain closed.

There is parking space for your car. This villa has a lockable gate with alarm.

Currently there is a 7th bedroom being realized plus an extension of the pool deck including outdoor kitchen; expected to be ready summer 2024.

• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
