Villa Jumanji is a villa located at Kaya Pasifiko on one of the highest points of the villa district Vista Royal.
Due to the unique location of this villa you have a beautiful view over the sea, the salt pans and the Spanish Water.
The cozy living room is located on the first floor and is furnished with a sitting area and television. The living room is adjacent to the terrace at the front of the house, you can sit here on the lounge sofa or chairs and relax while enjoying a drink. Because of the cooling breeze on this side of the house you can relax here in the wind!
The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with many appliances, such as an American fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a cooking island with various bar stools.
On this same floor there is the spacious master bedroom with private bathroom and two other double bedrooms that share a bathroom.
On the porch (veranda) is a large dining table, a brick sofa with pillows and 4 sun beds by the pool. The garden can be reached through a staircase next to the swimming pool.
On the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms which are sharing one bathroom and a large terrace. The 6th bedroom has a separate bathroom and living.
A few minutes by car (about 800m) are the beach clubs of Papagayo and Zanzibar, restaurants, shops, casino, diving school, gym and supermarket of Jan Thiel located.
There is parkingspace for your car. This villa has a lockable gate with alarm.
