This recently renovated modern villa is located in the district of Vista Royal, Jan Thiel. The villa is very tastefully decorated and features a lovely pool and terraces and lounge areas on various levels.
Inside, the spacious kitchen is directly connected to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large American fridge with ice dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the living room you can relax in the lounge area with Smart TV (incl Netflix). The living room also has a cozy breakfast nook with a table.
Through sliding doors over almost the entire width, the living room is seamlessly connected to the terrace outside. The outdoor area at this villa is playfully arranged; on the upper terrace is a large dining table, small seat and hanging chair, on the other side is a spacious lawn laid out for sunbathing. Here you will also find a very large palapa, under which a lovely lounge area has been created with fine relaxing furniture to enjoy a drink in the shade.
A staircase from the terrace leads to the lower pool, on either side of the stairs are two cabanas to relax after a refreshing dip.
Upstairs, the villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
