This villa is situated in the luxurious residential area of Vista Royal and is suprisingly attractively furnished. This is a real luxurious tropical villa!. Villa Gold located on one of the hotspots of the popular residential area; only a few minutes walking distance from Jan Thiel Beach and it has a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea.
On Jan Thiel Beach you will find a supermarket, sports and diving school and various restaurants and shops.
Both the outside and inside of this villa are very spacious, which gives a wonderfull atmosphere. The large open kitchen has a double cooking island with ceramic hobs, and is also fully equipped with an american fridge, 2 dishwashers, 2 combi-ovens and a Nespresso coffeemachine. Behind the kitchen you will find a storage room with the washing machine and there is a seperate guest toilet available.
At the rear of the house is the living room, with a nice sofa and TV (including sports channels), plus a large and sturdy terrace for the BBQ. At the front the kitchen is connected by sliding doors of up to 3 meters hight to a wonderfully large porch (veranda) of 18 by 4 meters. Here you enjoy a nice family diner at the robust dining table or relax on the big loungeseat. Several sunbeds are available near the pool to chill in the Carribean sun.
Villa Gold has 4 double bedrooms, all climate controlled and with own en-suite bathrooms with toilets.
