This modern villa is situated in the resitental area of Vista Royal. The villa is about 300 metres walking distance from the beach, supermarket and beach clubs.
The villa has 5 double rooms. The master bedroom is situated on the first floor. This bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. Adjacent is a separate baby room complete with changing table with changing pad and cot.
On the first floor you can also find the very cosy livingroom with Smart-tv with Netflix and Youtube and a modern kitchen which is equiped with an American fridge (incl. of icemachine), Nespresso machine, two micro-wave/ovens and a very nice and large table where you can enjoy diner or a snack. On the backside of the villa there is a coverd balcony where you can enjoy a magnificent view. There is a possibility to close of the stairs on the upper floor with a stair gate.
On the groundfloor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms situated as well as a gamesroom and a fully equiped kitchen with an American fridge (incl. of icemachine), coffeemachine and a micro-wave. Acces to the bathroom at one of the bedrooms is via another bedroom.
On the frontside of the villa there is plenty of space for your car. On the backside of the villa you can relax on the sunbeds and enjoy the pool. There is also a veranda where you can enjoy the shades when the sun is too warm.
