This luxury penthouse has beautiful views over Vista Royal and the sea from the front terrace.
You can acces the penthouse via the stairs in the communal entrance and consists of two floors with the living area on the top floor. The living room has a nice lounge sofa and Smart TV. The kitchen has a cooking island and is fully equipped with an American fridge with ice dispencer, Quooker, climate control cabinet, Nespresso, dishwasher and combination microwave. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
The covered part of the terrace is perfect for a lovely dinner at the large dining table or to relax in one of the hanging chairs. There is a magnesium pool with whirlpool function. There are several sun loungers by the pool to enjoy the sun.
At the back, there is a balcony with a nice sun bed and a small seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
The three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with toilet. The 3rd bedroom can use one of the en-suite bathrooms (accessible via one of the other bedrooms).
A small gym can also be found on the ground floor.
At the penthouse you can use a parking space which you share with the tenants of the other penthouse.
