This just newly completed villa is located in the quiet villa neighborhood of Vista Royal and a short walk from Jan Thiel beach.
On the second floor of the villa you will find the living room and kitchen. The living room is stylishly and warmly decorated with a lounge sofa with TV, the open kitchen is equipped with all luxuries including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The kitchen also has a kitchen island with breakfast bar and separate wine fridge and there is a large dining table.
The terrace outside also has fine relaxing sofa and several sun beds by the infinity pool. From here you have beautiful sunset views! In the back of the garden is a gazebo with seats and some fitness equipment,
The master bedroom is also on this floor, and has a double bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. There is an ensuite bathroom and a sliding door gives direct access to the pool deck.
On the first floor are the other 5 bedrooms, each of which also has a double bed, air conditioning and its own ensuite bathroom. The stairs is equipped with a gate when travelling with small children.
Parking is available on the property.
Currently construction is taking place on the adjacent lot, there is a possibility that you may be inconvenienced by this.
Construction is taking place on the long side of the villa and not on the pool side.
