This beautiful penthouse is part of a tropcial Mini Resort, located in residentional area Vista Royal. This Miniresort is built at a very unique way. Every individual accommodation offers a lot of privacy. When the Penthouse is rented in combination with the two apartments (Indigo View and Harissa) on the ground floor, it’s even possible to stay with 14 people.
The large magnesium swimmingpool and tropical garden are both for shared use.
At the swimmingpool is a large porch with sunbeds, and two big palapa’s to enjoy the sun, or to relax in the shadow.
The Penthouse is located on the first floor, has 3 double bedrooms, is suitable for 6 people, and has it’s own entrance.
The Penthouse is fully equipped and had a luxurious open kitchen with cooking island and bar, American refrigerator with icecube dispenser, hot air oven with microwave, separate steamoven, dishwasher and built-in Coffeemachine, juicer, blender, toaster and Nespresso Machine. The living room has a fresh and modern look with Flatscreen TV and many TV channels (including Netflix). The spacious masterbedroom has a walk-in closet and it’s own bathoom. The other two bedrooms are sharing a second bathroom.
On the backside of the villa is a large terrace with a nice view. From here you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset from a comfortable lounge area and having dinner.
Stairs will lead you from the terrace to the poolarea.
At the swimmingpool is a outside shower, a dining table, and a luxurious oustide kitchen in the courtyard.
The Penthouse is completely fenced and there is an automatic entrance gate with alarm system. ON the private parking lot there is enough space for parking 6-8 cars.
