Penthouse Fiora Royal is located mostly on the top floor. Through the common entrance you take the stairs up and after the entrance you will enter the spacious living room with lovely lounge sofa and Smart TV. The luxury kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with an American fridge with ice dispenser, climate control, Nespresso, dishwasher and microwave.
Through a large sliding door at the rear you enter the very spacious outdoor terrace with a large table stands for a delicious dinner and a magnesium pool with jet stream section, plus a swim-up bar under a palapa. By the pool there are also 2 hanging chairs, several sunbeds to enjoy both sun and shade. Next to the palapa you can still access the tropical garden below via stairs. Through the side of the penthouse you walk to the front, where there is a lovely lounge sofa to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening.
All 5 bedrooms are on this floor, each has a walk in closet. Three bedrooms have private bathrooms, the remaining bedrooms share a bathroom. Each bedroom is also air-conditioned.
At the penthouse you can use a parking space which you share with the tenants of the other two apartments. This penthouse also has a gym.
