Villa Nanou Brakkeput

Villa Nanou is located in the Brakkeput Abou neighbourhood and is just a few minutes by car from Jan Thiel beach.

In the large cosy living room you will find a sitting area with Smart TV on which you can receive all European channels and watch Netflix. The TV is linked to a SONOS sound system. The living room is connected to the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge with cold water dispenser, Senseo and filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.

French doors in the living room open onto the covered upper terrace. The upper terrace has a dining table where you can enjoy fine breakfast, lunch or dinner in the shade. Steps lead down to the lower terrace with a nice lounge area and of course a swimming pool (saltwater) with several sun beds to enjoy the sun. There is also an outdoor shower and a coal barbecue.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom is equipped with a television with Apple TV and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share the other bathroom. The fourth smaller bedroom can be accessed via the outdoor terrace by the pool (Note: This bedroom does not have its own facilities).

• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
