This modern furnished apartment in Vista Royal, Jan Thiel is located on the first floor of a small apartment complex and shares the pool with 2 more apartments above. The beach of Jan Thiel is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment is tastefully decorated. The living room is spacious with a lounge area with sofa and TV. The adjacent open kitchen is fully equipped including an American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is connected by large sliding doors to a spacious balcony, overlooking the communal pool. On the balcony there is a large dining table, a sun bed and a nice sofa to enjoy the view.
The double bedroom is cozy, has enough closet space and is equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also spacious.
Through the stairs next to the building you can reach the shared pool. Around the pool you will find comfortable sunbeds, a lounge area and a cabana. There is also an outdoor shower, so you can rinse off after swimming.
At the apartment you can use a parking space on the premises.
