Villa Momentum is a brand-new, modern, spacious villa in the popular Vista Royal (Jan Thiel) neighborhood—within walking distance of the beach, the supermarket, and popular beach clubs.
The villa offers plenty of privacy, style, and comfort.

There is a large open kitchen featuring two separate cooking islands, each with a breakfast bar and five bar stools—the ideal spot to start the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including an American-style refrigerator, two dishwashers, a double oven/microwave, and a Nespresso machine. The living room feels very spacious thanks to the high ceilings and features a large seating area with a sturdy lounge sofa and an 85-inch TV. Large sliding doors on both sides of the kitchen and living room seamlessly connect indoor living with the outdoors.

The terrace at the rear of the villa is fully covered and features a spacious lounge area with a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy a drink. There is also a lovely dining table for delightful meals. The pool deck offers several sun loungers for sunbathers, and the pool invites you to take a refreshing dip. The first section of the pool is shallow.
An additional seating area has been created on the terrace at the front of the villa.

The villa has 5 bedrooms; one of them is located on the living floor and features large sliding doors and a view of Vista Royal. The other 4 are on the ground floor and also have sliding doors leading outside. All bedrooms feature luxurious double beds measuring 180 x 210 cm, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a separate guest restroom on both the ground floor and the first floor, and a separate laundry room downstairs.

Free Wi-Fi is available, and there is ample parking on the property.
