On the first floor of this charming and luxuriously furnished villa is a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with every luxury amenity, including an American-style refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a stylish kitchen island with a breakfast bar. The living room is decorated in light colors with wood accents and features a wonderfully large lounge sofa with a TV. From the living room, various doors lead out to the terrace, which spans the entire width of the house and offers a stunning view. There is a lovely dining table with 8 chairs for a sunset dinner, as well as a cozy sitting area with a lounge sofa.
The ground floor of the villa itself is accessible via both an indoor staircase and an outdoor staircase from the side of the terrace.
This ground floor features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All rooms accommodate 2 people and are equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; the other bedrooms have their own bathrooms with separate entrances from the hallway. All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace by the pool.
Outside is a lovely, spacious L-shaped pool, and there’s plenty of room to enjoy the sun. There are several lounge chairs available, as well as two cabanas with luxury lounge beds for two people. On one side of the pool stands a spacious palapa with a cozy lounge area, dining table, and outdoor kitchen with a BBQ underneath.
On the other side of the terrace and pool is a spacious guesthouse with two additional double bedrooms. Both feature a private bathroom and air conditioning, and each has its own entrance door. These bedrooms can be rented as an option with the main residence. If not rented, these bedrooms remain locked.
Parking is available for several cars on the property.
