This charming, luxurious villa with private swimmingpool is situated directly at the sea.

The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large living room with a TV, DVD, radio and IPod dockingstation.
The open kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and a filter coffeemaker.

On the porch is a spacious sitting area, a dining table for 8 people and at the swimmingpool are 6 loungebeds. There is also a Green Egg BBQ. 

Although the villa is situated at the sea, there's no direct acces to the sea.

  (electricity up to 60 kWh per day,  extra use will be charged at a rate of € 0,55 per kWh)
• Intermediate cleaning including sheets & towels € 100,- (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
• Final cleaning € 200,- (mandatory)
• Deposit € 500,-
• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 8 persons plus and 1 child under 2 years old
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
  All payments to our Dutch or Antillean bank account
  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 3% surcharge
• Beach & beachclubs within walking distance
