Beautiful newly completed apartment in Jan Thiel located a few minutes by car from Jan Thiel beach. It is located on a small complex and here you can use a shared pool with several sunbeds to enjoy the sun.
The apartment is located on the second floor. Through the entrance you immediately step into the elegantly furnished living room and kitchen. The living room has a nice sofa with two chairs and a large TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a built-in refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.
The large sliding doors connect the living room to the balcony, creating a large living space. There is a large dining table to enjoy dining overlooking the communal pool. There are also fine lounge chairs to enjoy a drink.
There are 2 stylishly decorated double bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a private bathroom with separate access. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
There is parking in the fenced area.
Children under 6 years are not allowed.
