Apartement Aloya Dream is on the ground floor and has a private entrance via the side terrace. You step into a cosy living room with lovely lounge set and Smart TV and a comfortable dining table. There is also an extra lounge bed/ sofa that creates 2 extra sleeping places if needed (1.40x2.00m). The open kitchen with dining table is fully equipped with a fridge, Nespresso and combi microwave. 

The large sliding door connects inside to the covered terrace where you have a comfortable seating area with lounger and extra dining table. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and air conditioning and has a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the bedroom you also have direct access to the terrace.

The apartment has a parking space which you share with the tenants of the other two flats.

  (electricity up to 15 kWh per day,  extra use will be charged at a rate of € 0,55 per kWh)
• Intermediate cleaning service € 60,- per cleaning (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
• Final cleaning € 95,- (mandatory)
• Deposit € 250,-
• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Check-in from 17:00 - Check-out on departure day until 11:00
• Duration of stay min. 6 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 4 persons and 1 child under 2 years old
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
  All payments to our Dutch or Antillean bank account
  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 3% surcharge
