Besides its great location on the second floor, this city apartment offers every luxury and comfort during your stay. There is in the spacious living room a nice relaxation corner with lounge sofa and TV, and a spacious dining table with wonderful views. The open kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a spacious refrigerator, combination oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker plus a raised breakfast bar.

Through the sliding doors that are almost the entire width of the living room, you will enter the terrace where you can enjoy the sunset on the lounge sofa in the evening and overlook the water, the harbor and the Pontjesbrug. Especially in the evening with all the lights, this offers a unique view!

There are 2 double bedrooms in the apartment, both equipped with comfortable box spring beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate guest toilet.
The apartment complex offers several communal facilities, such as a swimming pool with sun beds and a cozy lounge area with seating and views all around. There is also a well-equipped gym that can be used and a concierge.

The apartment also has a private parking space in the underground garage.
