Flair Villa’s Jan Thiel
These two beautiful Ibiza-style villas are located in the Vista Royal villa district, within walking distance of Jan Thiel beach, and were designed by international designer Pieter Laureys. The villas are built with high-quality materials, very well finished, and furnished with quality furniture.
The entrance to the villas is elevated and can be reached via a staircase.
The living area is located on the first floor. The spacious living room is luxuriously furnished with a comfortable sofa and TV. The open kitchen with cooking island and breakfast bar is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, and American refrigerator. Sliding doors connect the interior with the exterior and lead to a spacious covered veranda with a swimming pool, where you can relax on one of the three sun loungers. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table.
The first floor also has two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. The first bedroom has its own bathroom with double vanity, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom has a freestanding bathtub, a separate bathroom with double vanity, shower, and toilet, and a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms are located at the end of the pool and overlook the terrace.
A staircase leads down to the other three bedrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Here too, all bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and air conditioning. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor.
There is ample parking space for each villa on the grounds and free WiFi is available.
