This spacious villa with private pool is situated in the villa area of Jan Sofat. This luxurious villa has a beautifull view on Spanish Waters / Seru Boca
Because of it’s unique location this villa has a lot of privacy. You are able to enjoy the sun by relaxing on one of the loungebeds outside or you can enjoy the shades by finding a chair under the porch.
The entrance to the villa is on the first floor and can be reached via a staircase on the side of the house.
Overall, the villa has 4 bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has its own bathroom. Two bedrooms share one bathroom.
The bathrooms are modern and very high-quality materials have been used. Optionally, the 4th bedroom (the underlying apartment) with en-suite bathroom can be rented for an additional fee. If the apartment is not rented, it will remain closed during your stay.
The livingroom has a Smart television. Here you can relax on the very comfortable couch. Next to the living room there is a fully equiped kitchen with an American refrigeratior, a combi microwave, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffeemachine. Outside on the terrace you can enjoy diner and a breathtaking sunset.
With a surcharge the lower apartment can also be rented. When this apartment is not rented, it will be closed during your stay.
