Villa Solina Jan Thiel

This spacious villa with private pool is situated in the luxurious villa area Vista Royal. Villa Solina is situated within a 1,000 meters walking distance of the trendy beachclubs and restaurants of Jan Thiel.

The villa is divided in two floors. The upper floor has a livingroom and the master bedroom  with a private bathroom. Also on the upper floor there is the second and third bedroom situated with each their own bathrooms.

All bedrooms are airconditioned and the upper bedrooms also are provided with a television.

The fully equiped kitchen has an American fridge, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine.

On the lower floor there are another three double bedded rooms with bathrooms which can be rent with a surcharge. Two of these bedrooms have a small terrace on the backend of the villa where a beachvolleyball field is situated. Upon request there is a possibility to use the fitness room.

• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Groups of people under 26 years of age are not allowed in this villa
• Check-in from 16:00 - Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 12 persons and 1 child under 2 years old
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival

  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 2% surcharge
