This newly completed villa is located in the quiet villa neighborhood of Vista Royal and is a short walk from Jan Thiel beach and beach clubs.
The villa is spacious, you enter on the first floor and go by stairs to the upper floor, where you have a spacious terrace at both the front and the back. The front terrace has 2 ceiling fans and beautiful sea views where you can watch the sunset from the lovely lounge set. The spacious terrace at the back of the villa has a lovely pool to take a refreshing dip. There is also a spacious dining table and lounge set plus an outdoor kitchenette with BBQ for delicious evening dining.
The inside of the villa is tastefully and modernly decorated, there is a nice living area with reclining sofa, TV and air conditioning. In addition, the kitchen has all luxury appliances, including an American fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a large cooking island with breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, the third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom.
For an additional fee you can rent the underlying apartments with it. There is a second swimming pool (5 x3m) in the front garden, which can be used by both apartments. The apartments are equipped with a private terrace, own kitchenette, sitting area, bedroom and bathroom and each is suitable for 2 persons.
The apartments can also be rented separately (see elsewhere on our website). You will not be bothered by this, as the apartments have a separate entrance and they can only use the swimming pool in the front garden. If you rent the entire villa including both apartments, you can use both pools.
Children under 3 years are not allowed, cribs and/or chairs are not available.
