LXRY VILLAS
The 8-bed villas feature four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In addition to the spacious living and dining room, the villas have an open European kitchen with all modern conveniences. From the comfortable living room you step through the sliding doors onto the spacious terrace. Attached to this terrace is the pool deck with a private pool where you can relax.

stands for quality and luxury! Everything has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The spacious living room has Ibiza-look designer furniture, a large dining table and a 55-inch Led TV + Apple TV.

The living room is directly adjacent to the open kitchen. The kitchen consists of a kitchen wall with built-in appliances, including an American refrigerator and oven. In front of the kitchen wall is the large kitchen island, equipped with a dishwasher and induction cooktop.

There are four bedrooms in the villa, each with its own bathroom.

The spacious private pool measures 11 by 3 meters and is directly adjacent to the pool deck. On the pool deck are the Ibiza-look sunbeds where you can enjoy the sun. In addition to the open pool deck, there is also a covered terrace (pergola) directly adjacent to the living room. In this space you can sit at the large outdoor table. Here there is also a wooden hatch connecting the terrace to the kitchen. Each villa has its own parking space.

LXRY VILLAS is located 5 car minutes away from Jan Thiel Beach. It is a secure resort with reception and offers free WiFi

Currently, a luxury shopping center is under construction next to LXRY VILLAS. LXRY SHOPS is expected to be completed in June/July 2025. There may be partial construction inconvenience.

• (electricity max. 40 kWh per day, above that, USD 0,60 per kWh will be charged to you)
• Interim cleaning USD 195, – per time, to be paid locally (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
• Final cleaning USD 275, – to be paid locally (mandatory)
• Deposit USD 500, – (on site via credit card deposit)
• You can not pay with cash on site. Payments by credit card will be charged a 4% credit card fee.
• A luxury shopping center is currently under construction next to LXRY VILLAS. LXRY SHOPS is expected to be completed in June/July 2025.  There may be partial construction inconvenience.
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Length of stay min. 5 nights (Christmas vacations min. 14 nights peak season rate)
• Max. 8 people plus max. 1 child under 2 years
• Payment terms: 25% at time of booking and balance 8 weeks before arrival date
