Villa Alagria Jan Thiel

This cozy and attractive villa with spacious garden and private pool is located in the district of Vista Royal in Jan Thiel a short walk from Jan Thiel Beach.

Through the hall you walk into the open kitchen on the left, which through sliding doors also gives direct access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an American fridge, a Nespresso machine, an oven, dishwasher and a beautiful large breakfast bar with 6 bar stools. Also located here is a cozy sitting area with reclining chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a book. On the other side of the hall is a separate spacious living room, which is attractively furnished with a spacious lounge sofa with flat screen TV. French doors also open onto the terrace.

The outdoor terrace has many different seating and lounge areas, a large dining table with Green Egg barbecue is on the large covered terrace by the kitchen. Here you will also find some relaxing chairs. Around the pool are several sunbeds to enjoy the sun. Would you like to sit in the shade, you can do so under the large palapa where a lounge sofa and bed are placed. Between the palm trees is even a lovely hammock to stay!

The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning and private en suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor, the master bedroom is on the second floor. This has sliding doors to a nice balcony with nice views over the neighborhood.

There is also covered parking on site.

• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
