Brand new completed apartment in Jan Thiel located a few car minutes from Jan Thiel beach. It is located on a small complex and here you can use a shared pool with several sunbeds to enjoy the sun.
The apartment is located on the second floor. Through the entrance you enter the charming and stylishly decorated living room and luxury kitchen. The living room has a nice sitting area with lounge sofa and armchair, a TV and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a built-in fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a convenient breakfast bar with 3 stools. There is also a cozy dining area created.
The large sliding doors connect the living room with the terrace, creating a wonderfully spacious living space. On the terrace is a round dining table, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner overlooking the communal pool. On the other side there is a small lounge set with sofa and chairs to enjoy a drink.
There are 2 modern and freshly decorated double bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a private bathroom with separate access. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
There is parking in the fenced area.
