There is a spacious garden with private pool, where you can enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds or take a refreshing dip. To enjoy dining outside, there is a large palapa with dining table and a BBQ. There is also a lounge area created on the terrace.

The large cozy living room has a nice sitting area with lounge sofa and TV, and there is a large round dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and combi-oven.

There are 3 stylishly decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share the second bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The villa is located 5 car minutes from Jan Thiel beach, with several stores, beach clubs and a supermarket.
There is parking for 2 cars on the property.
