Apartment Fiora View is spread over two floors. Through the common entrance on the first floor, once you enter, you enter the spacious living area. There is a lovely lounge set and Smart TV and a comfortable dining table. The luxury kitchen with cooking island and breakfast bar is fully equipped including an American fridge with ice dispenser, Nespresso, dishwasher and combination microwave. 

A large sliding door on the side opens onto a cozy but comfortable covered terrace with lounge set. A stylish open staircase leads to the magna pool which is located on the top floor. Here you can relax on the large lounge sofa and take a refreshing dip in the pool, where you can enjoy the massage jets and whirlpool function. Every convenience has been thought of here as well, as there is a well-equipped outdoor kitchen upstairs, with refrigerator, climate control cabinet and combination microwave. 

All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, each with a private bathroom with shower, toilet and walk in closet. Of course, each bedroom has air conditioning. 

At the apartment you can use the parking lot which you share with the tenants of the other two apartments.

• Intermediate cleaning service € 130,- per cleaning (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
• Final cleaning € 230,- (mandatory)
• Deposit € 500,-
• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Check-in from 17:00 - Check-out on departure day until 11:00
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 6 persons and 1 child under 2 years old
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
  All payments to our Dutch or Antillean bank account
  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 2% surcharge
