Villa Alagria Jan Thiel

This cozy and charming villa is situated on a spacious lot (1,255 m²) with a large garden and a private magnesium pool, located in the Vista Royal neighborhood in Jan Thiel, just a short walk from Jan Thiel Beach.

From the entryway, you walk straight into the open kitchen on the left, which also provides direct access to the outdoor terrace via sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an American-style refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, an oven, and a dishwasher, and features a beautiful large breakfast bar with 6 bar stools. There is also a cozy sitting area here with lounge chairs where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or read a book. On the other side of the entryway is a separate, spacious living room, which is tastefully decorated with air conditioning and a spacious lounge sofa with a flat-screen TV (including Dutch channels). French doors also open onto the terrace.

The outdoor terrace features many different seating and lounge areas, and there is a large dining table on the spacious covered terrace next to the kitchen. You’ll also find some lounge chairs here. Around the pool, there are several sun loungers for enjoying the sun. If you’d like to sit in the shade, you can do so under the large palapa, where a lounge sofa and a bed are placed. There’s even a lovely hammock among the palm trees to relax in!

The villa features 4 bedrooms, each with a king-size box spring bed, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the master bedroom is on the first floor. It has sliding doors leading to a charming balcony with a beautiful view of the neighborhood.

• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
