This newly completed apartment is located in the quiet villa district of Vista Royal and a short walk from Jan Thiel beach and beach clubs.
The apartment is part of a larger villa and shares a swimming pool in the front garden with 1 other apartment. It is located on the ground floor and has a cosy living room with lounge sofa and an open kitchen, equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker.
The covered terrace with ceiling fan is located at the rear and has a lovely lounge sofa, TV and a cosy round dining table.

There is a double bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

You share the pool in the front garden with the other apartment, tenants of the villa have their own pool.
The apartment and the villa above are rented separately (see elsewhere on our website), you share the parking space with the other tenants of the apartment and/or villa.

Children under 3 years are not allowed, cots and/or chairs are not available.

• Check-in from 16:00 - Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Duration of stay min. 5 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 2 persons 
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
  All payments to our Dutch or Antillean bank account
  Creditcard payments are also possible with a 2% surcharge
