This modern spacious villa is located in the luxury villa district of Vista Royal and consists of 2 floors. Upstairs is the entire living and living floor with a luxury kitchen, which includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a spacious kitchen island with integrated breakfast bar. The living room is comfortably furnished with a nice large lounge sofa and TV. Through sliding doors you can reach the terrace, where there is a large dining table and a lounge area with a lounge sofa. At several places around the pool are sunbeds to enjoy the sun and the beautiful sea view after a refreshing dip.

The five double bedrooms are all on the first floor, all have comfortable box-spring beds and are air-conditioned. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. The other four bedrooms have two shared bathrooms.

There is also a storage room where a washer and dryer are at your disposal.
The garden surrounding the villa is fully walled and equipped with an electric gate. Parking is available on site.

• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
