Beautiful tropical villa in the Vista Royal neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach and beach clubs of Jan Thiel.

The kitchen is located on the first floor of this tasteful villa.
The kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with an American refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a table at the cooking island where you can enjoy breakfast or sit and chat while someone is cooking.

The large sliding doors lead to the covered terrace. There you will find a spacious outdoor living room. In the middle is a dining table and next to it a comfortable lounge sofa and lounge chairs. With the breeze, it is a great place to enjoy any time of the day.

The swimming pool is also located on the terrace and is surrounded by two palapas with lounge beds. Here you can relax in the shade, with a view of the pool and the villa. There are also beautiful sun loungers in the sun.

On the first floor, there are also four spacious bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The rear two bedrooms share a toilet. The other bedrooms have their own toilet in the en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a TV (IP TV).

In addition, there are two apartments on the ground floor with a spacious, shaded terrace. Both apartments have a living room with an open kitchen and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Each apartment has its own entrance.

There is parking available on site and WiFi is free of charge.

• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Groups of young people are not welcome in the villa
• In the vicinity of the villa there may be construction work. There is a possibility that you may be inconvenienced by this.
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 12 persons and 1 child under 2 years old
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
