On the second floor of this tastefully decorated villa you will find the spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all luxury appliances, such as a dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is furnished with various lounge furniture and a hanging chair in warm colors and has a TV. From the living room you walk onto the terrace which can be used across the width of the house and has a beautiful view. There is a large dining table with 12 chairs for dinner at sunset and there is a cozy sitting area created with a hanging chair and a lounge bed.

On the first floor of the main house there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All rooms are suitable for 2 people and are air conditioned. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bench in the shower. The bedrooms on the pool side have a private outdoor seating area and / or a hammock. There is also a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.

Outside is a lovely spacious pool in an L-shape where there is plenty of room to enjoy the sun. There are 4 separate sunbeds and also 2 cabanas with luxurious lounge beds for 2 people. At the edge of the terrace is a large palapa with a cozy seating area and a robust high table with bar stools and a large BBQ.

On the other side of the terrace is a spacious guesthouse with two additional 2-personsbedrooms. Both are equipped with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Bboth have their own entrance door. This guest house is an optional extra to rent with the main house.

Parking for several cars is available on site.

• Intermediate cleaning € 100,- per cleaning, based on 4 bedrooms + € 25,- per cleaning, for the guesthouse (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
• Final cleaning € 200,- based on 4 bedrooms + € 50,- for the guesthouse (mandatory)
• Deposit € 500,-
• Reservations have to be approved by the owner
• Duration of stay min. 7 nights (Christmas holiday min. 14 nights peakseason rate)
• Max. 12 persons plus 1 child under 2 years old
• Check-in from 16:00 – Check-out on departure day until 12:00
• Terms of payment: 25% within 10 days after reservation, remaining 75% 8 weeks prior to arrival
