This modern yet cosy villa is located in Vista Royal. All bedrooms of this villa are on the ground floor. The very spacious master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a walk-in closet with safe and flat screen TV. A sliding door gives access to the garden and pool. The other 2 comfortable double bedrooms have a shared luxury bathroom with built-in toilet, walk-in shower and modern double sink. All bedrooms have air conditioning and very good quality box spring beds.

A concrete staircase in the hallway leads up to the living room on the top floor. It has a spacious open kitchen with cooking island (5-burner stove) and is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, a double-door American fridge, luxury bean coffee machine and Nespresso. The living area has a sofa and a flat screen TV with access to numerous channels (IPTV / Smart TV). The large sliding doors give access to a gigantic roof terrace, with beautiful views over Jan Thiel and the Caribbean sea. On this roof terrace there is a lovely tropical lounge corner, large dining table and luxurious sun beds.

Down in the tropical garden there is a large palapa with lounge set and hanging chair to relax in the shade. At the pool there are several sun beds, an outdoor shower and a spacious outdoor kitchen and bar with BBQ. Behind the villa and next to the pool is a sunbathing area with (artificial) grass and comfortable luxury hammock. The entire garden surrounding the villa and pool is fenced for sufficient privacy and tranquility. In the outside storage room is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Also a fridge and freezer, ideal for a cold drink or ice cream by the pool.

At the front left of the villa is the entrance to a 2 person apartment, which can be optionally rented. There is a cozy living room with flat screen TV and kitchen with electric hob, fridge and oven. The bedroom is spacious, with box-spring bed, air conditioning and walk-in closet with safe. The bathroom has a built-in toilet, sink and shower. The apartment also has a terrace with seating and dining table.

There is on-site parking and free WiFi through out in the villa.
