A staircase from the parking lot leads to the first floor of this tasteful villa, where the kitchen is located.
The kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with an American refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a table at the cooking island where you can enjoy breakfast or sit and chat while someone is cooking.

The large sliding doors lead to the partially covered terrace, which is a wonderful outdoor living space. In the middle is a large dining table, next to a comfortable lounge sofa and a seating area with lounge chairs. With the breeze, you can enjoy this space at any time of the day.

The swimming pool is also located on the spacious pool deck and has a palapa with lounge beds on both sides. Here you can relax in the shade, with a view of the pool and the villa. There are also several sunbeds to enjoy the sun.

The four spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor, all equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. The rear two bedrooms share a toilet. The other bedrooms have their own toilet in the ensuite bathroom.
