Villa Yellow Beach is located in the luxurious Vista Royal (Jan Thiel) villa district, just a few minutes’ drive from the trendy beach clubs of Jan Thiel.
This 8-person villa is beautifully and luxuriously furnished. The living room has a spacious sitting area with a smart TV and views of the spacious pool deck. The kitchen has a cooking island with a breakfast bar and bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large refrigerator, Quooker, wine refrigerator, combination microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc.
On the large pool deck, you can sit on the covered terrace, which has comfortable seating such as a lounge sofa and a large dining table. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a Basterd BBQ for preparing delicious evening meals.
By the pool (salt magnesium), you can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers.
The villa has four spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms have extra-long beds measuring 2.20 m. Three bedrooms are located on the same floor as the other living areas. The fourth bedroom is located on a lower level.
On this same level, there is also a gym with cardio equipment and Technogym strength equipment.
